We've met some of the folks working there and find them sincere and wanting the program to succeed, no more how crappy the law they have to work with is. Note: that's OUR complaint about the 3001law (even as amended), not theirs.
In any case there are materials here for patients, medical folk, would be dispensary operators, growers and processors, etc., including facts about the law that it's nice to be able to get to easily.
On December 3, 2018, Utah lawmakers passed House Bill 3001: Utah Medical Cannabis Act. This legislation replaces Ballot Proposition 2, which was approved by Utah voters in the November 2018 general election.
