We (as is hyper well documented in this space, lol) often feel frustrated about what a comedy of legislative errors (with prejudice) the rollout of Utah's program has been, when it didn't have to be if the voice of the people had simply been respected.
But then when we come across a story about something like this, the asinine case that just won't die, we admit we take some momentary rueful comfort by saying, "At least we're not in Idaho."
Sorry to single your out and much sympathy, patients to the north, but incidents like this – which has been crazily mishandled from bust to this atrocious decision practically write their own satires….!!
Hopefully legal relief is on the way for the gem state, and much tea and sympathy from us….
But until then watch out for the great legal minds in charge of your laws and courts….
