But some people are worried about issues that are supposed to occur, when cannabis goes recreational. Keep in mind that would require Utah voters to pass another, separate ballot initiative, with 70% of voters opposing recreational use… or get a legislator to write a bill to allow recreational use, which stands less of a chance than a ballot initiative.
So….what can be expected after legalization? No one can be sure. But here’s a look at two states that legalized all use.
