The Utah Hemp Extract report on CBD use has been released. It’s obvious fewer and fewer patients are opting to buy a Utah Hemp Extract registry card, which allows for legal use of CBD-only oils by Epilepsy patients.
Is it due to a need for higher levels of THC in the oil for the CBD to be more effective? Or is it the $200 cost of the Utah card?
Or maybe it’s because federal law says CBD might be legal in all 50 states, despite Utah’s confusing code on CBD….
