TRUCE UTAH Go-Fund-Me

Measures like these run up costly filing fees and require thousands of hours legal work. Even when hours of service are donated, the costs are overwhelming. The state and the church have few limits to the resources they can spend; we need to respond in kind. Please consider a donation of any amount to help us continue the fight for the voters and patients of Utah.  Our deepest appreciation to all those that have supported our efforts over the years.  The battle is far from over but your donation will help us continue in the fight.

Medical marijuana backers threaten to sue

If the legislature had put as much time into thoughtful amendments to Prop 2 - which we would have participated in making as not every change is bad - Utah could have been in great shape and the great majority of the patient community could be walking arm in arm with their representatives today. But that's not where we are. This bill still stinks to high heaven.

There has never been a more important time to support this important work. We are fighting for the rights of all Utahns: for dignity, for respect, and to improve our quality of life.
